Customer Care

  • When you submit payment, you are agreeing to understanding any ETA or TAT time frames. They are stated under each listing! If it is a pre order, please read when your item is ESTIMATED to arrive. Please note, I have zero control over the mail, that's is mail coming to me or mail that is in route to you from me!  
  • Shipping prices are based on weight and location the package is being shipped to. Prices are based on USPS. Items will ship First Class or Priority Mail, and will always include tracking.
  • We do offer free shipping for orders over $75.00 inside the United States.
  • For Ready to Ship Items, Typically your order will ship or be ready for pick up within 1-3 business days after your order is placed or invoice is paid. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update once received. 
  • For Pre Order items, Please refer to the description in the item on the website, or post on facebook for eta on when you item will arrive. Once your items have arrived to me, they will typically ship or ready for pick up within 1-3 business days. 
  • I do offer local pick up, in Moss Bluff. Once your time is ready for pick up, you will receive an email with directions and information on pick up. We will have a pick up box with a lock code that will be provided in your email. Your package will label with your name. 
  • If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery please contact the carrier directly prior to contacting us. We have no control over the postal system once your package is dropped off.
